My XP 1 just died on me

Anyone can direct me on how to claim warranty? I think the connection near the 3.5mm jack is kinda screwed ...i can hear properly only if i move the wire in a certain direction. Like this can claim warranty? 6 months old only

Got my XP3 earlier this year , and it died on me few months back , after less than 100 hours of usage. Then, just last week , while I was playing my games , my left side became very very soft , but after ah hour or so , the problem went away. But just now , like 30 mins ago , the right side became soft, very soft . I must say I'm pretty disappointed having 2 problems already in less than a year. Even my old sennheiser is still working after 3 years , although the condition isn't that great . I digress , anyone else have similar problems to me?

What's the problem with your XP3 and your brother's XP2 ? My original XP3 had this funny problem where I can only hear the music and not the voice in a video. Originally it wasn't that bad but it got worse and worse day by day.
I'm experiencing the same problem as these people,it all started yesterday.I was leisurely lying on my bed reading mag with my XP3 on when suddenly i'm no longer hearing the bass.At first i thought that my music file was corrupted, then when tried with a jazz song(not much bass),the vocal disappeared altogether!!!

.I've been using for 1 month only,so to have this problem occur on a supposed Germany-made IEMs is quite disappointing.Need advice, especially from Wallabies.
