Is it a new set for the S4 image? careful bro, the price different for S4 is too huge even in Singapore, and there are tons of fake running around in Amazon and Malaysia.

Hi, my right iem for XP1 is not perform as loud as left one. Test with diff songs, its the same. Can claim warranty?

Got back my XP2 from jaben subang a week ago. Well, actually not mine. Warranty claim no black stock so I settled for a silver one. The good guys at jaben also throw in a sample pair of hippo foam. After roughly 50 hours burn in time I am liking the sound now. Balance between Bass, mid and treble is good with more bass than soundmagic PL50. However, the weight of the earpiece is quite noticable. After about 20 minutes I started to feel discomfort. The only solution for me is to put them on over ear style, as suggested by wildwestgoh here.

Its more than a month since XP1 with me. An average of 4 hours of listening per day summed up almost 200 hours usage for now.

What I noticed the sound did become flatter(?). The bass is still powerful but the extended rumbling is not that intense anymore, somehow I feel it got shorter span and more focused (is this what we call tighter sound ) The high side definitely rise up. I had to tone down the Treble EQ or it kinda hurting abit.

The imbalance thing is on and off, sometimes it does feel like its happen yet its fine another day. Too many possible factors that causing it so I gave up. Not sure what to blame anymore, my ear or the buds.

The crackling still happened on L-side bud often even I swapped to R-ear. I guessed maybe something off about the diaphragm in it or the air release hole not good enough, maybe too small or got blocked?. Then again this only happen when wearing time /adjusting the buds, once done no more.. never encounter any crackly "speaker pecah" sound during listening though. Or maybe coz my listening volume level not that high.

I noticed it too, the wording paint on the cable looks worn out after awhile. Mine the paint started to crack and some part already chipped off A little shame, as it does give cool looks to it. The identity is there.

Just bought XP2 at jaben today. Really love it but sometimes felt like the sound is kinda 'sharp'. Dont know what the correct term

But sadly i found out that there are two small scracth on my right earphone when i want change the buds. Didnt notice at the shop. Looks like its have been scracth on a table or something

Yeah, i know... Since it didnt effect the sound quality, im quite ok with it. But im expecting a perfect condition for a brand new stuff.

But overall, im quite statisfied with my XP2. My first 'branded' earphone thou

Akira87, if you feel it is troubling you. You can come to our store to exchange a new one.

There were rumours that people buying iPhone 5 from Maxis store is getting a scratched back surface one, sometimes QC has glitches that is normal...

Naaaah, im good with that. Its only a minor scrath and doesnt affect its function anyway. Thank for your concern

Can you glue it back?
Very heavy usage I guess, which is why I wear it over-ear, afraid my careless on the cable sometimes might end up breaking the IEM.
Let see Walabies can get you a new one?

I don't really use it a lot too and most of the time I wear it over the ear like you suggested
