But the whole definition of tanker is -TANKER to absorb damage and not to dish out damage. The complete opposite of glass cannon.
What you are actually explaining is a rather hybrid build..ie a semi tanker/decent DPS. Elites that go down in 3 sec - well only glass cannon can do that
