Shell Recruitment Day (SRD), What's all about ... and Shell Lounge

Shell called me today, asking me whether I am interested in them. They would like to conduct an interview first, and they asked me where am I right now. Told em that I'm Penang, so they say ok, we'll be phoning in for the interview.
I'm not an engineer, nor a person with a technical backgroud. I graduated with a degree in management majoring in finance. Anybody here can give some tips on what I should expect from the phone interview ?

Well, i applied for jobs for freshies. Don't know what position they are going to offer me.

What about when is the SRD ? Usually how long would it take after getting the results of the first interview ?

So how long its going to take for them to confirm with us the date of the SRD ? Feeling nervous.
