Hi there, may I ask when did you get the invitation?
Because my turn is supposed to be this week, on the 3rd and 4th November, somehow they cancelled it and said that no more SRD for the year, and I have to wait until next year.

I got the initial date for almost a month already, and it was cancelled at the last minute. Kinda sad, and shocked.

Now I'm still waiting for a new date. sad.gif

But I believe there's always a silver lining to every cloud, probably this is for a greater good. smile.gif

And to Janekim and those will be attending SRD, best of luck! smile.gif

Possibly they didnt have enough candidates for a SRD session allocated for you. The SRD sessions are adhoc basis and will depend on the availablility of the assessors and the candidates.

Shell recruitmet process seems sophisticated and structures but is very slow, just keep working wherever you are or if you are fresh grad just find temporary jobs while waiting.

My acquaintance has had to wait 6 months from interview and SRD until his offer letter from Shell.

Thank you for the enlightenment. smile.gif

Hi Haidar, congrats for passing the SRD, well done! How is your job?

Can you share your SRD experiences? ie. where, when, how long, etc. You said it was tough, can you say why?

FYI, I had my F2F interview in Cyberjaya on 3rd Sept, and now awaiting SRD date in 2015, technical role.

What's the best way to prepare for SRD? I heard people mentioning e-Tray but I have no clue what that is.

Normally the coordinator will give you a link whereby you can find a list of Introductory documents, open one of the pdf documents (choose the one that is for SRD Malaysia), you should be able to find the e-tray link in that document.

Basically it is an 'email related'' exercise, which would be of similar format to the real test in SRD.

Hi engineer_kokak, or the others,

I've read your sharing about the SRD, and I have to say thanks a lot, it is very informative and really provides good picture of how the SRD will be.

Just a question about the group exercise, when you mentioned about stakeholders, what it is really about? Do we need to point out people affected by the topic being discussed or how?

Appreciate if you can shed some light about this. smile.gif
