Possibly they didnt have enough candidates for a SRD session allocated for you. The SRD sessions are adhoc basis and will depend on the availablility of the assessors and the candidates.
Shell recruitmet process seems sophisticated and structures but is very slow, just keep working wherever you are or if you are fresh grad just find temporary jobs while waiting.
My acquaintance has had to wait 6 months from interview and SRD until his offer letter from Shell.
Thank you for the enlightenment.

Hi Haidar, congrats for passing the SRD, well done! How is your job?
Can you share your SRD experiences? ie. where, when, how long, etc. You said it was tough, can you say why?
FYI, I had my F2F interview in Cyberjaya on 3rd Sept, and now awaiting SRD date in 2015, technical role.
What's the best way to prepare for SRD? I heard people mentioning e-Tray but I have no clue what that is.
Normally the coordinator will give you a link whereby you can find a list of Introductory documents, open one of the pdf documents (choose the one that is for SRD Malaysia), you should be able to find the e-tray link in that document.
Basically it is an 'email related'' exercise, which would be of similar format to the real test in SRD.
