I've just received 2 emails, one asking me to do some online survey, the next one asking me to attend some interview at their Shell House.

So when are you going?

I havent decide yet mate, not oo sure, still thinking. Just that i hate morning although a close friends of mine told me that morning in best time for interviews..

Fyi, i'm also grad this year in Mechanical Eng and received interview last few weeks. I opted for 1-to-1 phone interview though. Good luck to all

Yeah that's what I thought as well. Few of my friends (EE students) applied and all got rejected. It's disappointing that we get shot down before we even get a chance to attend an interview. Is there any other way of approaching them?

mine was 4 full pages of notes. hahaha. even the interviewer ask me to slow down a bit. very funny one. 
but at d end still were not accepted.

need to wait another 12 months for next application.

Hi, all. i pass the interview and now shortlisted for SRD. Shell is really fast in giving the result. i applied online and got the result the next day. then, i had the interview last monday night (tuesday morning in m'sia) and got the good news on thurs.the interview was tough. i was 'ok' for the first 3 sections and started 'goreng kurang isi' for the last part. the topic i got was 'balancing conventional energy demand and meeting sustainable development'. other three, i have no idea what to talk about. i chose this topic because i am familiar with the 'sustainability' term.hahah. anyway, i'm an environmental engineering major and wandering what type of job i can do in shell (other than HSE dept.).

Just received the bad news... Actually email send at 9+PM. Didnt pass the first interview, as expected. Didnt do well for Question 4.

I applied for Shell in their Online portal.

However, my application status states it as "Online Registeration Asia". I'm not so sure if this is correct since I'm applying for SRD also ( to which I have not gotten a call yet). For the "Online Registeration Asia" thingy, my status for that is "Apllication Received".

Am I doing this right?
