I have a face-to-face interview scheduled for this Friday guys!
Will keep you guys posted on how it goes.

Btw, I still have no idea which position I'll be interviewed for.
Applied for the Graduate programme a couple of months back, passed their online assessments and this is my first interview with them.

Edit: Noooooo! I got a call from my scheduler today, my interview has been postponed to another date (unconfirmed for now) because some of the interviewers are on emergency leave tomorrow sad.gif

thanks mate. wish me luck. can pm me if u have any other current opening? i'm a chemical engineering background by the way.

Chemical engineering not too sure.
If you're interested in manufacturing, you can try Baker Hughes, they have an opening for a manufacturing engineer.

It's taken me roughly 3+ months since I've passed all my online assessments to finally get called up for an interview.
Some take even longer laugh.gif

Hey guys,

Just updating from where I had left off. My initial interview was scheduled in mid-September, and then postponed to mid-October which I had attended in Shell Cyberjaya.

2 days ago (approx. 6 weeks past my initial interview) I received an email notifying me that I have been selected to attend an SRD session, however an official invitation will be sent later on.

Anyone else in the same boat as I am? smile.gif

Ahh, good to know.
Anyway, were you informed or given any hints of the roles that you have most likely been selected for?

I made it clear that I was looking for a technical/ semi-technical engineering related role during my interview - since my interview was pretty general in nature laugh.gif

No hints, but I made myself clear too that I was seeking technical role and did not want to specialise, ie prefer rotation.

Btw, oil prices have dropped to below $75 USD per barrel. THIS IS MAJOR NEWS FOR O&G COMPANIES. Lowest it's ever been in over four years, and right after it peaked last year at approx $110 USD. What a big flip, highest to lowest. Hope this doesn't affect Shell's recruitment!

I hope so too laugh.gif
Where was the location of your initial interview if I may ask?

Hey LSG
Did you receive any email notification to schedule your SRD?

Yes I received an invitation for SRD on Jan 7. I'm scheduled for Feb 12.

Just so that some of you have an idea for the timeline:

June 30, 2014 - Job Submission Date
June 30, 2014 - Online Assessment Part One
July 7, 2014 - Online Assessment Part Two
July 14, 2014 - Invitation for Interview
Sept 3, 2014 - Face to Face Interview (Cyberjaya)
Sept 4, 2014 - F2F Interview Result
Jan 7, 2015 - Invitation for SRD
Feb 12, 2015 - Shell Recruitment Day

Those of you who are waiting, it takes some time (6 months for me). Cheer up and good luck!
*
Ahh.. No SRD invitation for me yet.
Perhaps I may need to check back with them.

Where's your SRD location?
All the best! Let us know how it goes smile.gif

I don't know, I applied on January 13th, 2015 and my application was accepted (passed both Assessment) and was invited for an interview two days after I completed my 2nd Assessment. Their response are very fast and efficient. The only time it takes a while is the interview date and the SRD since that is depending on the interviewer availability, especially the SRD since it will be carried out by the group of 6.
*
Wow that's fast
Have you attended your interview already?
