i see. i find that big company is quite hard too get. i'm not sure why. i apply quite a lot. i only get offers from factories for process engineer. *sigh*

KNM process mostly require few years experience. they not oftenly open fresh grad position.
yeah. i just work in my company for 1 month. but looking for a greater company for my future. well, I think u understand every engineer want to be employed by big firm like petronas or shell or exxon. but yet, experiences still needed.

No hints, but I made myself clear too that I was seeking technical role and did not want to specialise, ie prefer rotation.

Btw, oil prices have dropped to below $75 USD per barrel. THIS IS MAJOR NEWS FOR O&G COMPANIES. Lowest it's ever been in over four years, and right after it peaked last year at approx $110 USD. What a big flip, highest to lowest. Hope this doesn't affect Shell's recruitment!

I don't know, I applied on January 13th, 2015 and my application was accepted (passed both Assessment) and was invited for an interview two days after I completed my 2nd Assessment. Their response are very fast and efficient. The only time it takes a while is the interview date and the SRD since that is depending on the interviewer availability, especially the SRD since it will be carried out by the group of 6.
