QUOTE(cwtien @ Jun 1 2007, 10:21 AM) Just to clear a misconception here - Apropos is NOT a time management tool. Apropos is a call routing tool - it directs which calls go to which regions/queues at any point in time - and it's very good at what it does. The time management tool is the 2nd one (I also can't recall the name). That one sucks - they ported it from Unix to Windows, and it doesn't work 100% True... Apropos is a call management tool.. but from the tool, it controls the time you talked, time to answer the call, time it takes for you close the interaction, time you are on idle/ready... once you are in cts, you can't run away from it.. you get used to hating it soon... Even it is meant for call routing, it sure breaks down most of the time.. and the routing sometimes failed... Well, I'm already out from Shell... it feels good.... Good luck for those in Shell IT, and for those people who join CTS... you might need it...

Haha, BMW Malaysia has an offer now, only RM 2600+ monthly for a BMW 320! That is if you can afford the RM 25k downpayment and ~RM7k annual insurance

Usually those with RM10k and above are 3rd party contractors and command deep expertise in any SAP field. Same for some of the analysts as well. Still to be honest, not many of them drive BMW 3 series.

Sigh, I've turned down the invitation for the SRD last March, now feeling a little regret! Oil&Gas industry pays so well..
Guess I'll just do what I do best.. checking ppl's back side (Audit)
