what do they meant by "Flag this to me via email"?
and also the "two weeks" period, that is the period after the first interview, or the time i received this particular email?

mean follow up with them quoting this email, so they aware of your current status when u inquiry again,
and i think is 2 weeks after u receive the email

My case is the same as yours. Last month I went to the Postgradasia fair in KLCC and met the HR. I asked her why I didn't receive any response and explained that Shell was having a new recruitment system. Maybe the names are dropped out. So now she said there will be no more phone interview. She asked me to reapply online and do the assessment.

Havent done mine since I heard a lot of people saying it's hard this time around. Well maybe you can reapply too

Shell is a big name in Oil and Gas.. but the building is not quite impressive.. haha. the recruitment office also, not quite impressive. haha. but the salary is impressive.. so because of that reason.. I choose Shell
