some of the format and questions might have changed throughout the years, just as what i had experienced with the 1st interview, the questions asked are more about leadership and my experience, rather than knowledge and my method to handle a certain case study.

yup, it changed, but i think they retain most of the part in SRD, like the group exerices and case analysis, they just add something into it, e.g. what i have mention in the previous post.
its actually quite helpful for me when i read through the past experience from all these people, at least it help me with my F2F interview.
I'm not suggesting the previous post will give you all the SRD answer, but at least they gave u an idea what to expect from the SRD and what kind of mental preparation you need

btw, just FYI , I've wait around 2weeks to receive my SRD notification,
after follow up with my recruiter

2 weeks? oh, by today, i'm exactly 2 weeks from the date i had my 1st interview, still no answer from them.
if there is no reply from them tomorrow, is it advisable to send them an inquiry email? if it is, send to who to inquire my application status?

I do suggest you to follow up with them , I did that , just don't spam them haha.
Send to the one who contact you for the interview , should able to get their email from the previous email you received

the email address which coordinated the time for my 1st interview seems like an auto reply email? not that sure, coz it seems strange, but it did mention in that email that if there is any scheduling issue, i may send an email to that particular email address for assistance, might be able to get answer from them? maybe, haha, thanks for ur advice
btw, the email address, is definitely not the person who interviewed me during the 1st interview, so it would be fine to send an inquiry email to them?

should be fine, they should be your recruitment co-ordinator, if u're worry , u can cited your application code along with the email for their reference.

maybe, but they gave me kl first, Shell Building Damansara, 5 min later sent me another email saying they had to change the date due to assessor availability and ask me to choose between 2 dates, i just took the earlier 1 and its in Miri. They did note in the email that the location of the interview does not determine ur job location.

btw im still wondering, everything( Flight,Hotel,Transport) will be arranged n paid for by them right? coz i will receive the confirmation and briefing pack this friday only. so not much details known now except for the date n location.

Just got back from F2F interview.. walaweh actually i want to use the gents, but the interview straight asking me to go to her interview room, and then straight interviewing..

bad luck, sent an inquiry email to my coordinator at shell, and she alre ceased her service with shell since last week, have to resend the email to Career@shell.com since i do not have any other source to send to.

Yeah my flight and hotel has been arranged by them already. After you get your briefing pack you really got read it from page 1 til the end. Within the pack includes how you get your travel arrangements done by Shell as well, you have to send your information to CWT (all guided in the pack).

I only had an f2f interview. That was about 2 weeks ago. Long weekend, sigh really wanna get to know the status here.
