QUOTE(MUFTW @ May 22 2013, 11:33 AM) LOL hard to tell which one le, because there is a lot, u should read the whole thread from page 1 - latest page. there is a lot talking about SRD in this thread, just go through it some of the format and questions might have changed throughout the years, just as what i had experienced with the 1st interview, the questions asked are more about leadership and my experience, rather than knowledge and my method to handle a certain case study.

QUOTE(MUFTW @ May 22 2013, 11:47 AM) yup, it changed, but i think they retain most of the part in SRD, like the group exerices and case analysis, they just add something into it, e.g. what i have mention in the previous post. its actually quite helpful for me when i read through the past experience from all these people, at least it help me with my F2F interview. I'm not suggesting the previous post will give you all the SRD answer, but at least they gave u an idea what to expect from the SRD and what kind of mental preparation you need yea, might have to go through it then, thank you

QUOTE(MUFTW @ May 22 2013, 11:54 AM) np btw, just FYI , I've wait around 2weeks to receive my SRD notification, after follow up with my recruiter 2 weeks? oh, by today, i'm exactly 2 weeks from the date i had my 1st interview, still no answer from them. if there is no reply from them tomorrow, is it advisable to send them an inquiry email? if it is, send to who to inquire my application status?

QUOTE(MUFTW @ May 22 2013, 12:00 PM) I do suggest you to follow up with them , I did that , just don't spam them haha. Send to the one who contact you for the interview , should able to get their email from the previous email you received the email address which coordinated the time for my 1st interview seems like an auto reply email? not that sure, coz it seems strange, but it did mention in that email that if there is any scheduling issue, i may send an email to that particular email address for assistance, might be able to get answer from them? maybe, haha, thanks for ur advice btw, the email address, is definitely not the person who interviewed me during the 1st interview, so it would be fine to send an inquiry email to them? got a reply from them, a typical reply "Our Recruiter is in the process of screening your qualifications and assessment results. ... If you still do not hear from us after two weeks, please flag this to me via email." what do they meant by "Flag this to me via email"? and also the "two weeks" period, that is the period after the first interview, or the time i received this particular email?

QUOTE(jafnm_04 @ Jun 4 2013, 05:10 PM) Azzaim, gundam sp, mind sharing when you had your f2f interview? on may 8th, then after 10 working days, i sent an inquiry email to career@shell, they told me to wait for another 10 working days. As from what i saw here, some ppl who had their f2f interview later from the date i had it, alre got their confirmation for SRD, i feel really disappointed coz until now, my status still remain as "interview scheduled" This post has been edited by gundamsp01: Jun 5 2013, 09:14 AM

QUOTE(gunaraj @ Jun 5 2013, 01:25 PM) they didnt assign a particular person for you to communication with? no, unfortunately, the coordinator who sent the link for f2f interview time arrangement to me alre resigned, so i have to direct my inquiry email to the general email address, which is career@shell, sheer bad luck

QUOTE(zest420 @ Jun 11 2013, 10:33 PM) did they respond with an email or ur just assuming? email, after i sent a follow up email to them today, and my status on shell website now, still remain as "Interview Scheduled" haha, really depress coz i gave all the work experience i had these 2 years but still fail, of coz what i think about my performance for the first interview is irrelevant to what shell thinks...so, anyway, good luck to u and everyone else who made it

QUOTE(chocpanda @ Jun 11 2013, 11:43 PM) I'm so sorry to hear this. Don't be discouraged and keep finding for other opportunities. I believe that IT has many opportunities as you experience accumulated. if i just switch company while still being in IT, i will not face such trouble, but infact i'm looking for a way to exit IT and get into management, which is really hard
