How can property agent got my handphone number....very irratating getting all these random agents calling asking whether to sell or rent. Who should I complain to when property agent somehow got my number and abuse it?
Seriously, there is a big leak of private information by either the bank or the property developer. Are they selling the client information to the property agents too?

How many are fighting for deferment because we can't take our unit Till March? Setia walk said appointment full till early March. However we need to starts paying since January 15.... Kinda 1 sided.

Possible to provide the customer care and FM e-mail to me. Still having headache with the current situation we are in.
Overall the minor defects only on wall, windows and doors but definitely less problems compare to our current Midfields Condo by YTL. This will be the last YTL properties I will purchase nor invest.

Today got an e-mail by that MR.Ho...the maintenance charges won't be waived.

5. Access Card & Security Access As explained in Item 1, both the systems are now activated for residents convenience.
The billing and collection of Service Charge and Sinking Fund are in compliance with the provision in the Sales & Purchase Agreement. Payments collected are deposited into a maintenance account for the purpose of general maintenance and management of the property common area and facilities and other required services. In this case, we are unable to accede to your request to waive the Service Charge.
We hope the above explanation serve to clarify the matters raised.

After reading this e-mail reply, gua punya blood level pun sudah naik....Maybe need to drag his arse to the site and tell us it is truly ready or not. Then ask him to drink all the swimming pool water together with the big bulk of leaves in it. Tomorrow I post the page where the S & P state about this service charge and ask him to makan the page too. SP Setia so desperate to make money only that need to charge common people 3 months of service charges even dare to say it is ok for people to accept and pay?

Well Mr.Ho is retired and now replace with Francis. Meeting him this Thursday regarding on service charge for January- March for Brio. The whole team is "tak apa" attitude except the customer service who actually did the touch up job but screw up 3 times in the roll without actually fixing the actual problem. Don't think SP Setia will waive the fee.
Just realise that our JMB for Brio is control by the R3 elected back in December. Whatever this group of people decide R1 and R2 people has to follow. I was told by SP Setia before buying Brio unit that every block will have their own management office and JMB but now seem everything is opposite. I guess Malaysia properties developers have reach all time low already like our government.
