Clearly show why fail to study properly or misleading. Level 8 to 10 in fact will have lousy view.
*
So far owners of units on levels 9 & 10 have no problem selling theirs at prices close to that of higher floors. Level 9 is unblocked n already slightly above the roof of the SOHO apt. To see as to how the view on level 9 looks like, head on to Jasmurni office located at R2-9-10. Its door is always opened during office hours.

Its only units on level 8 that r posing great anxiety to their owners. Despite this shortcoming, some units have already been tenanted but sub-sale purchasers r shunning them. This should explain the 'day n nite' difference in subsale prices between 8th floor n the rest of the floors.

So what is the outcome?
*
The rectangular piece of land highlighted in the picture is pfcc (ioi's baby). It was already discussed earlier n the flaw acknowledged. If u really had set foot into sw, u should have known that the sw development is triangular in shape n is adjacent to this highlighted land.

Puchong really has a lot of $$$ minded agents around and did something behind the back of owners, esp those outstation ...

The Zest had caught a few agents and were kicked out by the management due to rent out the units to PH / students with higher rental and used a fake tenancy with the owners at lower price.

Thanks god most of them already kicked out and no more renewal tenancy allowed for the PH and ME upon expiry.

SW jmb's action seems mild n inert compared to TZ jmb's boldness.

SW folks can heave a sigh of relief when minimum water charges from May & Jun (still yet to be billed) is likely to be reduced to RM12 for 2 months (from RM77). The questionable RM5 admin charges is also likely to be dropped.

confirmed?

how about changing from commercial rate to residential rate?
*
The key word in my statement is 'likely' which means that there is still a possibility of the event not happening. There is 1 more thing that they need to iron out. That is why there has been a delay in issuing water charges bills for May & Jun.

It goes without saying that the revised minimum water charges applies to the 3 residential blocks only. All other blocks will still continue to be billed at the existing minimum rate of RM72 for 2 months.

there aggrement between maxis and tm.

its under maxis area tm cannot enter
*
TM had earlier imposed a 50% occupancy rate as the primary condition before committing on providing Unifi services to SW. They r just plain calculative n uncaring. SW'kians r treated like outlaws. It has nothing to do with either Maxis (monopoly) or any so-called agreement between these 2 telco taikos.

Do you know that Trigon have fiber optic from maxis?
*
True..but the Maxis fibre cabling terminates at LG of Trigon, somewhere within the vicinity of FM office. it does not run through the entire length of the (trigon) building.

believe it or not, some 3 months ago Maxis had actually set-up astro (beyond!) n their equipments in unit R1-26-01 (vio, super loft 'forest' view) for the purpose of testing n monitoring the speed n stability of astro hd and broadband internet connection speed of up to 30 Mbps. the results were reported to be very good.

to ensure that the whole of SW receives proper coverage without technical glitches, FM chose R1-26-01 as it was the furthest n highest point away from where the fibre optics last terminated, i.e. trigon.

unfortunately, due to undisclosed (internal staffing?) reason, maxis probably reneged on their promises n pulled back all the equipments from R2-26-01 soon after. so no more hope of 30Mbps (atm).

seeking astro (beyond), hsbb services n strong 3g coverage is the responsibility of FM. swk'ians in doubt should contact their newly minted gm, mr salim or maint engr, mr mohan for further clarification. i wish they can now revisit n convince tm unifi since the occupancy has risen sharply albeit not 50% yet, especially when trigon (181 units) is still under con.
