Hiya to all. New participant here and a Vio unit owner as per namesake. For an owner (Malaysian) living abroad, this forum provides valuable info, updates and interesting discussions on the development. Like many others, had just too received the statement on VP by email but since then informed SW that the earliest and convenient time for a return visit back to Malaysia to take possession would be in June which is fine by them. Any setback on being that late? It seems Vio has been completed ahead of the anticipated time. 2 months earlier in my case.
Wonder what the finished quality of Vio would be like as compared to Solace & Brio especially with its higher launch price and by a different contractor (as mentioned by a commentator earlier). Will there be any deviation? Any comments and photos by Vio owners for share-viewing following their visits and inspections would be most welcomed. Also can someone please advise when or at which stage will the first mortgage repayment and maintenance charges usually commence?
What happens to the complaints made by a number of Brio owners to SW on defects issues a while back? Have these been addressed to by SW? Personally feeling rather pleased with the development overall and have no doubt it’d become an attractive sure winner for both living in and as an investment. But that can only happen when owners and residents alike share such common desire and come together to form an alliance with a force to be reckoned with in safeguarding their rightful interests and to ensure the standard of a due quality living won’t be undermined. So hopefully more will join in, get involved and get connected in voicing any legitimate concerns one would have. Taking on the misdeeds committed by others such as Sector 7, Awave could be a start. It’s rather alarming to hear that these commercial guys are being let loose, running amok, putting up errant and unsightly obstructing structures all over the place while residential owners are prevented to even opt for a less banal prison-like grilles to door and window. A case of double standard indeed! Quality and design issues are of my primary interests / concerns at present and would be keen to see further discussions / resolutions on these topics in particular. Cheers.

Hello.. Dun foresee any setback for getting the keys late, just that you still have to pay for the maintenance fee starting from the date of VP regardless of when you collect the keys. Anyway, not much difference too as we (Brio) have started paying our maintenance fees but the facilities are not 100% ready yet.
A few contractors who visited my unit commented that the quality of the workmanship is considered good. I don't find any major defects but there were many small defects such as dirty painting jobs and the main door lockset is faulty. If you can see pass these then I think you wil be satisfied. Workmanship in common facilities especially lift lobby is a concern though, I find that it is an eyesore especially the wavy groove lines at the walls. I hope that once the frenzy renovation period is over in hopefully 2-3 months time, SPS will concentrate on making good and cleaning up the common areas. Paddings are provided in contractor's lift in Solace but not in Brio. Do they need enough complaints to only start to look into it?
Regarding door grilles, we can chosse whichever design that we want, so I'm opting for horizontal lines

Only the balcony and yard grill designs are standardized.
One issue which I will raise up is the glass door at LG car park to the main lobby. What I understood was the management has no intention to open up the door, it will remain locked "due to security reasons". Due to this, I have to walk up the ramp to level G, down or up a flight of stairs to get to the lift lobby.
Overall it is a very nice development and so far no regrets buying into it, but there are still many issues to iron out with the management.
