Boss, my unit is facing the forest. I have yet to check the unit out, will do so after CNY. But when I'm there I will try to find a chance to assess the noise level for the LDP facing and report back.

Brio owners got so many complaints.
I agree all these need to be addressed but don't be harsh on management fees. i think some money needs to be paid to get everything started ( for eg; security) They need to pay the guards before they collect money from you. So don't be harsh on them. If they are good, they can defer the payment otherwise, they have every rights to collect it once VP.
The real problem is how they get VP when there are so many things undone but this is not surprising because this is Malaysia.
Anyway, it's pretty common but you guys have to voice out to ensure the developers rectify the problem. But don't be upset because this is too common in this country.

Just because that something is commonly done does not mean that we have to accept it. I hope that brio buyers will stand up for their rights

@tylerng

Thanks... was asking this because i was using a solace access card, went to the Brio door, touched it and it opened. I was shocked because I wasn't expecting that.
Then after further check, noticed it wasn't armed yet but unsure... blush.gif (sorry, forgot to confirm it is locked before testing it)

Anyway, I think Solace / Brio's owner should test on this... 1 tower access card should not be able to access another, right?... pls correct me if i m wrong.

davkong thanks man
i will write direct to sw mgmt after key collection
all fully booked for vp before cny
one day think max 6 or so can collect keys
has anybody pay service charge
better hold it first try for waiver later on if possible
can only tell after key collection

brio facility is for brio only hence solace card should not be allowed to access other towers
how can solace walks over? better not otherwise no control leads to many issues

Solace carpark very narrow, most floors u can see the corners kena broken. My husband's car always scrape the corner cos if there's a car parked across the ramp up there is little space left for a big car to turn.

Barrier not working still not repaired. Door to liftfr carpark also doesn't lock so anyone can just go in. Very bad maintenance.
