i'm renting a house and the main tenant has unifi but does not want to share with us, so now got budget d, thinking of getting unifi/maxis which after consideration, maxis seems better option but with the main tenant already using unifi is it possible to get a maxis?

yup, and u will share the same fiber connection. [Maxis is using TM's fibre infra, so 1 fibre is enuf]
but different wifi router and voip line.

and u MUST let Maxis installer know in-advanced... that u r sharing fiber with Unifi...
after all not many ppl hv the skill for the advanced configuration tongue.gif

hmm i hope this is not a stupid question but, wil the unifi line be affected in terms of performance?

Fibre Channel theoretically speed is in Gigabit, u r oni occupied 1% of the speed
or mayb after add unifi+iptv into it... ~2%

and u must know, both hv their own router, mean it wont touch each other bandwidth tongue.gif
i guessed u will hv hardtime explaining to your owner  bruce.gif

hmm i won't tell him its using the same fiber! muahaha brows.gif but thanx for the explanation!
