after i read through this thread, i have to agree that Maxis had set the benchmark of terrible service...
i switched to Maxis bearing the reason that if i can get 50% of the 10mbps, i still save quite a lot compared to unifi...
who would have thought that i'm getting frequent disconnection, speed at at avg at 3mbps, router hung for no reasons, losing wifi signal, manually reset the router avg once every single day since my installation.
and don't even let me start on the VOIP service. can't make or receive call most of the time, delay response...one funny incident is that my mom called me at my maxis home line, she can't get through, so she used the same phone to call my mobile, WHILE i was talking to her on her mobile, my maxis home line telephone rang and it was showing my mom's mobile number! according to my mom she called me approximately 3 minutes ago and can't get me and the phone started ringing 3 min after my mom hang up! WTF!
call maxis many times and usually put on hold for at least 15 min...i complaint abt this issue many times and it still couldn't be solved!
THIS IS THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCE FOR ME...when u think TM sux, think again! CUZ MAXIS HAD TAKEN THE CROWN OF WORST ISP IN MALAYSIA!
HOW DO I ASK THEM TO DISCONNECT THE ACCOUNT WITHOUT CHARGING ME PENALTY?
