anyone having no connection with maxis fibre now?

public IP....first time happening to me

really do not understand maxis logic....for one month i've had no issues and suddenly i have issues and was told that my LAN cable was in the wrong port! To make it more confusing they say that since I was a unifi user the settings will be different... note that my condo runs on different fibre optic for maxis and unifi. And I have not used any unifi modem for maxis connection...the unifi technicians were not even present during installation too..... so this is really really confusing....

does maxis technician knows what they are doing??? I've always hit back on them on the logic that the internet was functioning for one month....and now that it is not functioning u blame it on my settings ????

coincidentally i have just cancelled my unifi and the reason was migrating to maxis.... sabo by unifi???

u guys just can't believe it...i am now using YES to connect to my apple tv and the streaming is way much better than Maxis Fibre 10mbps!!!!! the only set back is YES is not for heavy users coz of price this is so so weird for the fibre optics!!!!

ps. i have informed maxis to terminate my subscription!!! will check out TIME for heavy usage....

Slam the 500 back on them coz the technicians were unable to solve my issue and it has been 3 days without internet connection. Just keep complaining till they have given up too. Good luck!

I'd rather have a good internet speed and stability rather than IPTV as you can watch it online and do other stuffs too....

there would not have been any issues if telecommunication in Malaysia esp for broadband and fibre optic is at a level playing field with no monopoly.... competition is always good for consumers! Unfortunately it took two years before competition started but how can you consider it competition when the backbone still belongs to one player??

I do not think they have a solution to it...so you need to find your own solution. Good luck!
