Saying that Maxis is wasting my time and why still giving lousy router and problem not solve...bla.bla.bla... i don't want to that any more, since there is 2 model and i DEMAND for 799vn replacement for the third unit. They actually didn't say anything about 799n is for 30MB package. Same thing happen when i ask them in Mylaunchpad Chat.
After complaint in Maxis forum, i got the report number then i call Maxis for similar complaint and giving the report number. I ask them not to waste my time and your time, i don't want the same useless model and i Demand for 799n since 784n have lots of complaint as they can refer to Maxis Forum.
At the same day, they call and agreed to replace my 784 with 799.
I guess the wifi weak signal is something they can't control and they knew, and is a good reason to point it out loud.
Oh, and another thing is i kept pointing that my previous TM 1mb streamyx are working fine even is slow but connected 24/7 with my CCTV plus is at the same freaking location and don't ask me to move the router nearer, i already living in a small house.

Samore said 799 now all refurbish set no new wan,and tg 784v n3 not yet out wo.i though I am stupid told him I don't care just change for me.....
