I was under the impression that installation fees are free,but I have a contractor right now that is about to lay the cable and is asking for 6 bucks per meter and says that he needs to install up to 130 meters. That's gonna set me back 780 bucks. Is that normal?

Gaming and direct download for file-sharing webs are a letdown.For me atleast.Uhm,surfing,streaming,torrenting are all good though.I guess it's all based on your need.
