not really, can can call maxis to confirm this, according to them, a lot MHF users are affected and awaiting rectification from TM side. Not sure how accurate but this is what they replied.

btw, i also experienced a torrenting web site for TVB drama had blocked.

now busy looking for proxy to bypass

some say on public IP no issue, some say on private ip no issue. Should be no issue from today. gonna try again after go back

regarding the blocking torrent site, i can confirmed to u all that maxis is behind something by identifying your ip and block any illegal website when detected.

Why? the previous assign ip used had blocked my torrent site while downloading

after just come back and reset the router, new ip to me, and im managed to open and browse back the torrent site?

Weird?

my advise to all, after u reset the router, make sure only 1 usage. if u try use the other to connect too, it will jam the router. not sure when will maxis resolve but i will update to all from time to time.

and also, once the pc restarted, connection will be loss as "identified network" u need to reset the router again

update, still the same issue. no ip. need to reset router, re-configure and surf with one pc. If want more pc to use, must find out the current ip and share. says ip 192 166 3 55 , then next pc will need to key in 192 166 3 56, then 57 for so on. Very troublesome. Once pc restart, ip will be loss and need to reset router again.

update - good news guys, the ip issue resolve,

u can restart ur modem and router and try.

all my pc, laptop and smart phone are back on duty.

Still on private coz i visited a lot torrent sites

Better with private, i think maxis now is tracking those ip browsing on torrent site and block immediately. Once blocked, i restart for new ip to continue browse.

same to me. i think they are restarting their server or network from time to time, thats why IP will loss suddenly.

I had scold the F-ker Maxis since Saturday until monday, a bit weak now to re call them and complaint

update, my internet disconnect when loading heavy page, need to restart the router for connection.

good move, my earlier tm modem condemn due to the trap heat inside, waited for 3 days to get it replaced with 10 CALLS to MAXIS. Bravo on their snail respond

me 2, just called up CS yeaterday nite, requesting replacement of router, once they call me back for appoitment, i will insist on this new model, see approve or not. Why still stick with old version router which giving u a lot issue on wireless connectivity?

Added on September 28, 2012, 10:09 amguys, yesterday nite CS teach me to change my wireless channel, from 8 to 11, then DC, then change to 6, DC again.

So, what channel are u all having now? I noticed some says must be on 9 and some says on 11.
