Gamer > Unifi so far is better with lower latency (anyone in your family is gamer?)

Leecher > Unifi 500kbps, Maxis 1000kbps (do u need 1080 video?)

different bb, better for gf+bf.. 1 internet down, the other still working (ur case is too far)

Maxis infrastructure is still lacking, but i believe they will improve over time

when u develop a device, u need to confront with IEEE standard.
Otherwise u will confuse the whole world.
In this case it failed at radius server-authentication level, not authorization level
if not enuf IP it will said IP allocation failed and will not list authentication failed

if u r not heavy user, just checking email, night browsing, or some youtube and estimation of monthly data usage about 1GB to 5GB.
It will be cheaper to apply for 3G/WiMax data plan. With/without contract!
They r very portable devices, u can use it anywhere.
And u can easily find a mini wifi router (support mobile sim card) in lowyat for less than RM100 if u decided not to use their router (coz most of their package force u to sign the yearly package )

Use your mobile and call to Maxis Fixed Line, mobile show Connection Error...
Maxis Fixed Line still ringing, answer it with no voice (expected)...
Conclusion, very hard to get incoming call... outgoing still okay...

I had this weird problem for a week
call to maxis... they ask to check the Thomson Router, Reset the DECT phone, bla bla... still no solution... dafaq

yup, and u will share the same fiber connection. [Maxis is using TM's fibre infra, so 1 fibre is enuf]
but different wifi router and voip line.

and u MUST let Maxis installer know in-advanced... that u r sharing fiber with Unifi...
after all not many ppl hv the skill for the advanced configuration

Fibre Channel theoretically speed is in Gigabit, u r oni occupied 1% of the speed
or mayb after add unifi+iptv into it... ~2%

and u must know, both hv their own router, mean it wont touch each other bandwidth
i guessed u will hv hardtime explaining to your owner

if u aim for iptv, UniFi is the way to go... they even have sport channels HyppSports(1,2,3,4) HD

i think trunk to spore is the cheapest for us,
