FYI, I hv no problem with over heating issue and da devices have sufficient ventilation/cooling power
another most important fact is I never turn off my device since day 1!!!~ except for few reboot

from wat i see, they have multiple issue at their load balancer, router, authentication server, p2p's-QoS throttle software, the stupid captive portal redirection to MyLaunchPad... and lots more at international link

3) Fact 3: MyLaunchPad redirection.

4) Fact 4: Authentication Server.
Happen to me FEW TIMES, Thomson unable to authenticate my ID.
Im valid user, but my ID is like illegal immigrant... 
At first it resolve after few hours. In worst case have to call CS to reset it.

So Pitchar, as a RESELLER wat is your comment of this problem?
Can u help to improve the service using ur Agent Authority?

I didn't add the fan too, with or without fan, no difference in performance.
I'm hoping that my Thomson can kaput faster without the fan within the warranty period so that I can get a new replacement.

if it did become worse after 30-days,
I will have no qualms about going to P1 hq and throw the equipments at them.

Another thing I noticed that is whenever the internet connection was lost, the ip will change from 192.168.1.X to 169.X.X.X

To public IP users here: Is the frequent disconnection / DNS-time-out error solved or still persists? Was told that it should be fixed on TM's side about two weeks ago, but I still haven't change back to public IP, was worrying that this troubling issue hasn't been fixed and continues to haunt me

Guys, please double check your Maxis Mobile bill again. The free minutes on Maxis Mobile was not rebated properly.
The total Maxis to Maxis call and the free minutes rebate was totally not tally.
I had filed my complain and was promised to receive the credit adjustment on my next bill.

Look at your Maxis to Maxis calls total then tally it with Home 150 rebates and discount.

No black and white stating which one takes precedence. But I was informed my Maxis center MV that the free minutes gets deducted first. Try call 123 at your end, they will give you different answers.

Added on September 26, 2012, 11:55 amThe is a bug in Maxis Mobile billing system too. The Maxis to Maxis calls section includes TM fixed line calls as well. 

The itemised call was printed in the bill as TMB central and I know personally that number is a TM fixed line.

yeah.. hope my next bill will be the same..

i thought i kena rm118 + phone, but it less then i expected... 
hopefully it will on the next bill~
