Difference Of Bridging For 2 & 4 Channels

Guys,
Can anyone advise & provide me some information regarding 2 channels & 4 channels amps in bridging mode? There are some queries which i m not clear & understand regarding this :
1) Power (RMS) 2) Stereo / Mono
