Really suck. Hong Leong bank service make me disappointed too.
Last few few I did call them, requested some information, till today no one willingly to call me back. Also requested their manager to return call, same till now no one call me back.
So have no choice, in order to waive my gov tax n the annual fee, forcing me to activate my card, for the 1st swap, only can waive it all those charges. Will cancel on the 2nd month... No more hong leong, even owned by Chinese.... Stupid bank!!
