Let me tell you that I have no account with HL bank but because of Eon Bank merged with HL, so my CC and Savings were merged to HL.

From May till now, they still haven't resolved my savings account issue whereby I am still unable to view/use it through HL Online banking.

I am gonna CANCEL everything with them when I redeem my cc points.
