Hi Guys,

I had some question and I been told by people some myth but I not sure is myth or not.

1) If you buiild your base in body building before and now you are fat. If you want build back muscle, it will be much easy?

2) Why my weight/fat keep increasing even my intake is low?

Below is all my info for past few year

Current Info
Age 25
Height:174
Weight : 77KG
Body Fat: 22%

1 year ago info
Age 24
Height 174
Weight : 72KG
Body Fat : 11%

2 8 month year ago info
Age 23
Height: 174
Weight : 65KG
Body Fat: 20%

3 Year ago info
Age 22-23
Height : 174
Weight: 120KG
Body Fat: 60%++

I used to be super obese. However I decide to slim with my own method without medicine or supplyment, I succesful redue 120KG to 65kg(lose 55kg) within 2 month. Because I am too skinny, so I decide body building with proper diet/training however I don't take any supplyment or protein. After 6 month i become quite fit however I got gf last year. sad.gif she don't like I go gym and I start to getting fatter and fatter however now is the time for me hit back training again.

I had attach my previous photo at below

-55kg included water weight within 2 months is incredibly insane. Anyway nice transformation.

1. Just don't really bother about it. It comes down to your routine, workout, genetic and most importantly, diet.

2. Your intake might be low but we need to know your calories and food intake on daily basis.

calorie in vs calorie out.......

to lose weight, calorie in < calorie out
to maintain, calorie in = calorie out

learn to count calories.

1) You don't have any base in body building and very little muscle. So not easy.

2) Because your diet is poor.

I was once 110kg and my physique looks a lot bigger than him with a huge double chin. 120kg without a double chin is somehow 'rare'.

I seriously agreed with Pedro. Your diet sucks because there is too much carbs yet so little protein. Thus you need to take slimey's advice

Lol so your so called Hell's training, in other word is starvation&torture&slavery. Anyway changed up your diet, and please eat more.

For 77kg, you eat like a little kid. Calculate your calories/macros/micros and you're good to go.

Follow this 3 simple rules and you will be on your way to a better body. /thread. smile.gif
