I had some question and I been told by people some myth but I not sure is myth or not.
1) If you buiild your base in body building before and now you are fat. If you want build back muscle, it will be much easy?
2) Why my weight/fat keep increasing even my intake is low?

I used to be super obese. However I decide to slim with my own method without medicine or supplyment, I succesful redue 120KG to 65kg(lose 55kg) within 2 month. Because I am too skinny, so I decide body building with proper diet/training however I don't take any supplyment or protein. After 6 month i become quite fit however I got gf last year.
