I can't do 500 km in city driving either. Not in Penang anyway, 400+ is about my best here.

How are you going to pass me the spring buffers? hmm.gif

This is for Z1.

See those two small tabs below the bottom cushion? Pull them towards the front and the bottom cushion should pop up.

Then remove the three bolts holding down the metal bracket for the upright cushion. There is no need to remove the seatbelt bolts, further they are of a larger size (maybe 16mm).

The RSB runs parallel to the rear back cushion, angle should be the same, no?
