For 14" got plenty of decent tires under RM200 la eg. Yokohama C.drive, Falken Z912, XM2 etc. etc. Even Kumho also have 14" but difficult to find.

Tyre shelf life only tahan 4 yrs la, Bro.....

That's expensive! If you lived in Penang (or nearby) I'd do it for you for free

Front is relatively easy, remove six bolts and screw them back on.

Rear is a bit more tricky, remove rear seats and screw the bar in place. Then trim the edge of the plywood covering the spare tyre. No need to trim the plastic tray.
