Juz test drove the Mazda 2...

- Interior, plastic plastic plastic. Even the Myvi's interior look better. I especially hate the gearstick console hanging off the dashboard like the Myvi.
- seating position was pretty low, IMO.
- no autolock function.
- soundproofing is better than the vios.
- 4AT matched to a 1.5 engine, with S gear and L gear. Tried the S gear, not much difference. My whitey feels much more powerful when climbing slopes in D compared to the M2 in S.
- handling nothing to shout about. Ride comfort on par with the vios. Stock rubbers are 185/55/15.
- EPS makes the steering dem light when cornering. Cannot feel any resistance or feedback whatsoever.
- throttle response not as immediate as the Myvi, but still bette than Saga.
- the 4AT seems more willing to rev compared to the vios. i was pulling 3-4k RPM on a moderate uphill where the vios would have shifted up just before 3k.
- worth  the RM 80-85k? Not when compared to the Fiesta. I would actually recommend the Vios G over the M2. At least the Dugong has the reliability and better fuel efficiency. But still Fiesta FTW.
- only consider the M2 if you want a jap car but dont want a honda or toyota.

Cheap cheap?
Me cld hv got 1.6 FLX SE with lots of change (RM30+k) 4lots of mods....and fuel 2go! 

I am pretty critical when testing cars in the same segment as saga, since they are at least 10k more expensive. So far the only cars that I would consider replacing my FLX is the Fiesta and Honda Jazz. The new Honda City seems nice, but need to test drive first.
Susprnsion, normal lor. Maybe a bit on the stiff side but more to comfort. Didnt have a chance to try out the HB since they dont have test drive unit.
Pretty decent, but ayam not tall like you so I am easily satishfied in this aspect 

With any luck, I will be testing the Mazda 3 next week   

The M3 maybe a bit difficult to review since I have not tested any cars in that price range, so the only cars in the same segment I can compare to is the Waja and Preve lol.

M6 sold out dy since the 20k discount  waiting for the replacement end of this year.

Prius C already tested, CRZ need to find a showroom with a test drive unit, too lazy and not so interested anymore.
