like tat u live ur life for wat..as long as u satisfy, go for it be it years or 12 years..not yet buy car already think 2nd value..just buy the car u like..no need squeeze the installemnt to shorter period, then wat next?

u must have control ur spending all ur life...wat is necessary if i may ask? did u ever have the urge to have one thing that u think it's worth it even if u r in debt? i think u r one of the smart invester in /k/ and u may retire young...while the rest doing wat they think they are happy 50% and 50% sad..
so, in few years time when u r rich..u can lepak here full time more frequently rite?

2.15 kah..i got 2 house n flat by market rate ie 2.5M but then i would not boost la coz i dont dare to test the real deal..coz normally if the transacted price would be well below the expectiation lar..but of coz,still in millions lar..
