I definitely have the driver seat lumbar support sound which annoyed me badly.
Went back twice to RedCube to get them to rectify but after 6 hrs, I was told there's nothing they can do as the seat is 'non-serviceable' and any claims would have to have the whole seat replaced. This is definitely NOT a good answer or response! Gonna wait till 10k service before I go bug them again.  |
