Yesterday, when i was trying to log in my account, for the very first time the game ask me to insert authentication code? what the freak is this? i didnt even have it! is this some sort of hack work?

With a panic state of mind i immediately go to battlenet's account recovery. as after i finished it, it seems that it still not working and still ask me for authentication code at both battlenet account and diablo 3 login account. What the freak!

please free my account from this authentication sorcery! </3

there should be an option to either put authentication code OR secret answer

last time i played with my old pc. so yesterday was the first day i play diablo with my new pc.

regarding the secret question, whenever i try to log username and pass at d3 game, right after i insert my pass, the game directly ask for authenticator.

after using battlenet account recovery, after answering a few question and they said that they have restore my account (including remove the authenticator) but it seems that also doesnt work. it still ask me for authentication code for d3 and battlenet

this is not only happening to you. use skype to call the US line around 9pm. prepare to be hold on the line for 30mins, as they are too busy calculate RMAH earning fixing bugs and releasing new content.

Why not Try to remove the authenticator?

In order to remove the authenticator, you need to login to battle.net, which it requires the authenticator. And you can't remove the authenticator without THE authenticator.

Another problem with authenticator here...
logged in the morning to check AH, was ok!
then tried after lunch cannot login...
Can't even login into battle-net acc.
Now, will need my CD key which is at home.. as my secret p/w don;t work..

My account is ok now...
you will need to 're-synchronize' your authenticator to log in.
Note that even if hacker hack into your acc... he will still need the authenticator to change. So it is important to attach an authenticator to your account.
