Hi all! I would just like to ask if there's any of you here who have given birth in Pantai Hospital KL. My OB is Dr. Yap Moy Juan and will have me deliver in that hospital. I would appreciate any feedback that you may have.

if i'm not mistaken, Hosp Pantai at cheras only cost for normal labour around RM1650 3d2n..

2012-May
1 night stay, 1 night in ward. Natural plus epidural for the whole night.. RM5,900. but service quite good. all the nurse are nice and very patience. |

I delivered in pantai bangsar in 2010, about RM3900.
Didnt use anything special, vacumn or epidural or wat ever. A very normal and fast delivery. 3D2N single room. My charges is very expensive compared to other. i oso dont why. some more delivered in noon. only know the second day, is a public holiday, where the keen doctor wanna to visit me, since i 3d2n. |

I'm thinkin of seeing Dr. Choong at Pantai KL. He seems highly recommended by my friends' friends.
I want natural birth (no episiotomy) if possible, and he is one of the very few Drs who encourage it. thinking of water birth too.. |

3d2n, single room.use nothing, only gas to relief pain. RM4700. doc alone charged rm800 (delivery) + rm800 (consultation +visits). think it depends on doc. money minded & simply charge doc... just like mine. come out this figure. |
