Hi Everyone,

I am new to this forum and it is going to be my first post, Hope to get HELP....


Actually I am looking to start a Kindergarten Enrichment Centre in PJ Area, I already secured a Shop lot of 1500 Sq FT to build up a centre.

Now I want to start renovation as making partition of 5 class room, principal room, recepetion , electric work etc...

I come to know before starting any renovation work I need to get approval from MBPJ and Bomba Authorities which take around 2 to 3 months and few thousand $$$$..

I went to one archetact he quote me RM5500 for making drawing and submission and says it will take 2 to 3 months to get approval...

Owner of lot can not wait for approval to come, so rental need to be start soon,....

Can any1 guide me how to solve this issue to proceed further...
