The only factor that I concerned is RMA issue.
I doubt manufacturer will receive your oily spoiled parts. biggrin.gif

You don't need to modify anything.

From videos on YT, you just submerge the components into the oil, and leave the HDD outside.

waterproofing cant make it in tiny hole on board...
unless the used alcohol...

and if it used waterproofing, the item will shine like wax....

Why would you go for a mineral oil? it's hard to maintain and very hard to fix problems....

Better go for fully wc system than mineral oil...looks good and more easy to maintain...

here's a video to let you know more about how mineral oil pc looks likehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwBrCP9B93E

Too much time so go and try it out, it seems fun in like 2 or 3 months and after that the maintainance and cleaning will be a painstaking job, to dry it complete you need at least like 3 to 4 weeks only can go back to air cooling...

build it wrongly u just need to recycle everything XD

2k? u need at least rm 700 to water cooled the cpu only, the GPU water block cost about RM300....2k maybe save up for another half a month.

I just don recommend going for a oil cooled pc cuz waste of time and also not practical, you need to be like very damn experience guy to build this coz if u do it wrongly once short circuit...BAM, all going for the recycle bin...
