Rawang is Under PKR as well.

You meant whole Selangor. But some Parlimen belong to PR but ADUN belong to BN. but for Rawang side, Both parlimen and adun is under PKR.

I saw major land clearing in BRDB land located 200m from Anggun 1, should be launching their township soon that is targetting middle high segment, their aim is to replicate bluwater estate here in Rawang, should be exiting

Wonder if anyone here or your friend cancel unit and has they received any refund?
I would like to highlight the KIM Realty is really had a worse service in sales service but when you buy that time you are like a GOD, cancel or anything that will bother them then they will start ignore you. they are so inefficient and unhelpful. i hope the developer would know this and inform the realty to improve on the customer sales service as we do not buy 100k-300k houses, we are buying something high-end in rawang.

i have email, but instead HBL give a quick and fast respond and he promise to prepare to me by next week.

the developer reverted to me, i'm not trying to say is who but you may avoid a man initial by J. hehe 
Bro i'm not sure with the semenyih and i'm pretty sure is not that long but no worries i have someone in developer side to handle it.
