QUOTE(CLOng @ Dec 25 2013, 08:19 PM) Just wondering is it developer's responsibility to make the drainage or the responsibility of the gov't to do it. This flooding , traffic jam , security and etc has been an issue in Rawang for more than 20 years. During BN era, they promise to solve it but wasn't done. Main reason Rawang elected opposition. Hopefully this time they will work for the people not their pocket. Developers need to work hand in hand with the authority. The pressures must come from many parties, residents, developers, road users and etc. Developers have big interest on the amenities as if they want to sell their properies, they need to deal with the the public concern. They need to deal with the land authority, probably contribute some funding in the public access road, conclusion: money rules. |

QUOTE(masbruno @ Dec 27 2013, 11:32 PM) Nope, Anggun 3 is located on a higher ground. If the flood happend, all Anggun 1,2,3, EE/EW all got stucked, cant go in and out.Below is a photo taken from AEON rooftop parking showing the river which overflowed on that fateful day. Jalan Batu Arang is long due for an upgrade. All those big boy developers should contribute or pressure the authority for the upgrade asap? [attachmentid=3788699] |

QUOTE(smooth9 @ Jan 12 2014, 11:49 PM) Bro, I agree with you that either way is good development, but nevertheless pinpointing the exact location will be beneficial for all, as perhaps the SA sometimes also blur blur a bit one since many of them are 3rd party and not directly under HBL Thanks bro smooth9, From my understanding, that piece of land that is now doing massive land clearing is the JV land of BRDB and Magnum, in which the new township will be spearheaded by BDRB, benchmarking with their mid-high end bluwater estate, that piece of land was previously rented to fish farming operator, as they claimed when announcing the JV with BRDB to the media, and if we check google map now, we will still see that area with a lot of artificial fish pond, since google map is not yet up to date, now it has been leveled I understand that the honda 3S centre will be quite big,but just not that big, as the ongoing land clearing (opposite petronas along jln batu arang) has already cleared approximately 50 acres, and still ongoing, if that whole piece of land clearing is for showroom, even with one level carpark, it could park like 3000-5000 cars, or built a mall as big as mid valley ![]() the land opposite of the McD is suffice to built even the biggest Honda 3S Centre (more than 10 acres), but IMHO I am guessing there will be more commercial sharing that triangle plot, in which few years back, it was meant by HBL to be their first commercial named "Paradiso", but somehow they scrapped paradiso, launch Anggun city (better), and changed their masterplan quite a bit. Here are some supporting "Evidence" of my "case" ![]() I have compiled the approximate alignment of the development around 2-3 km of AEON Rawang, if anyone has a more accurate alignment, would appreciate could share it here too: Hong Bee Land: Red HBL & Guocoland JV: Blue BRDB: Green Gamuda: Yellow Tan & Tan: Red left ![]() This new Rawang is getting more interesting!! |

QUOTE(kekura @ Jan 13 2014, 04:28 PM) smooth9, why Mah Sing not in the map? Because too deep eh? Mah Sing is building up its own township, will help the growth of new Rawang too.. Mah sing's MR1 and MR2 towards the west of the map, and MR3 is on the north of the new rawang. MR1 + MR2 are 7 mins drive to Aeon. |

Anggun city is going to be THE place to be for the increasing mid-high class community population in Rawang and for northen Klang Valley are once the TWO is open! some still sceptical about Rawang, even with the TWO |

QUOTE(Divana @ Apr 26 2016, 11:07 AM) One of my friend from PJ like The Rise bungalow very much buy really of out his budget, can't afford it, after compare between AG3 semi ds, tamansari type c and m residence Corus semi ds subsale, all similar price tag, at the end choose AG3 semi ds AG3 has its unique advantage. Proper strata titled guarded and gated. The Rise location is better IMO, the best among the 3. MR is too deep in. Product Quality wise, i think Hong Bee can deliver better than Mah Sing and Guocoland. |

QUOTE(Divana @ Apr 26 2016, 11:45 AM) i can see the difference. Five Stone to KD is muchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh nearer.I live in the border of PJ and KL, I do invest in Rawang, but i have never able to convince myself to move to Rawang. Not fancy about long distance driving every day, and use public transport. It's just me. |
