This is not Anggun 3
A3 does not have any new phase

Isn't this great for those who prefer to stay in the northern part of the KV?
So we don't have to pay for overpriced houses.

Anggun 3 clubhouse on the lake..

No lah, the swimming pool will be on the clubhouse deck.
The current stagnant brown pool of water will be the future residence lake, however one can use the lake as the swimming pool, if he/she dare

The residence lake will get from its continuous source of fresh water from a natural lake located just behind A3
