Yes, its at the anggun 3 entrance direction/side, light industrial area, behind the mah sing/lakeclub parkhome sales office there, I drove pass that area many times, and stay in Anggun 1, so far no free curry smell

Anggun 2 owners must be very happy to see the response for this price. If Anggun 3 2-storey appreciate like Anggun 2 after 2-3 year, asking 900k plus, then Anngun 2 will get another 30% increase..

It seems today also open for public booking, but heard must book thru the agent in at site.

My goodness, RM 698k onwards and sold so well ...

IWK treatment plant on top. there is a gudang is belong to baba. So can smell beras/padi. 300 metre is baba factory. From gudang you can smell alredy. But honestly i wont worry bout it. Maybe once a month if heavy production can smell only. I mean like out 30 days maybe can smell 2 days only. Tis place very sought after. Mahsing 22x 80 launch time is 618k then 638k now 730k.

So if nobody like tis are price would increase like tis.Now anggun 3 22 x70 is 689k, so if nobody buy price wont be so high so is sought after.

I just dont buy bcoz after 2pm to 9pm leaving rawang town until reach jaya jusco is always jam. I use motor one time take 30 minutes just to 5km distance. crazy man. After the jaya jusco the small stream is broken right up to the road. tis the road to country heights. So i just interesting how selasyang municipality going to rectify tis problem, so i no buy. Rawang is very sought after, so, is worth buy.

3 storey link from 798k before 30k discount?

Brochure states min from 818k, didn't asked d sa as they r busy entertaining customers.

Ag3 has more similarities to MR2 than MR1.
Despite FH and LH, MR2 has large lake + club houses, strata title Gng, which is quite similar to Ag3

Good for EG investor. EG Typce C 3 storey much bigger at 26x80,BU 4200 sqft also sold at 818k, but no internal club house, need to share with other phases.
