On the Emerald Garden, how is it different from Emerald East? I read that Emerald East was the first phase? Now, how many phases of Emerald Gardens have been launched? Are they all superlinks and smds? Roughly how many acres have been developed?

Hi my friend, did you happen to visit the Emerald sales galarey recently? Any idea any unit left for Emerald Garden? Me too thinking of buying a unit there but will wait for the Budget 2013 announcement first before. My last visit was 3 weeks ago and they only have 2 units left but the SA told me there are about 10+ units which the buyer's loan got rejected and they will release it soon. Not sure whether has they done so.

1. When is the VP for Anggun 2? I am interested to look at this property for own stay.
2. With all the prices of the existing and new development in this area, do you think it is still worthwhile to purchase? If the 24 units of Anggun 2 to be realeased by the developer going to cost $900k, do you all think that it will further appreciate considering the location?

Need all the advice by sifus.

They are clearing the hills behind Caltex and I think they should be launching Anggun 3 soon.

was gated and guard really that good? My friend worked in hospital told me that most guard especially young one were drug addict because they simply have nothing to do. And for most guard also so old that they can't even fight the crime.  What is the point of having that at the first place? I just don't understand you guys.

Anggun 2 really sold out at RM 888K meh? why didn't get their inform?

Z1000, personal opinion,  why you want to wait for Anggun 3, just go for Anggun 1 or Anggun 2 due to the location issue, and I think Anggun 3 price also won't be cheaper than Anggun 1 & 2. People selling at RM800K+, maybe you can bargin for better price.

I meet a Anggun 2 owner last week when I was there to do curtain measurement, he told me his few friend also bought Anggun2, and all they prepare for own stay, will not sell even price above 1Mil, due to so convenience to go Jusco, McD & the coming soon Mall, just walk distance less than 5 minute time.
