But those grew up in the North usually stays put at the North.... Developer list interesting in the sense that they are not so big players?

I hope seeing another Perdana Parkcity township in Klang Valley one day though..

I currently live in DPC and is among the first few buyers that bought into their development. Price I paid was about $230psf on builup in 2006.

When I saw this BRDB's TamanSari, I fell in love with it. That piece of land is just nice. It reminds me of DPC when I first saw it, minus all the development we see now. I only saw Safa which was completed then and Nadia was only starting earthworks. Safa was like 1 Utama kind of design, but build quality was better.

Fast track to today, and we have a basis of BRDB's landed development in Senja, in Sri Kembangan. Leasehold, the plot size is much smaller, and the buildup price is >$600psf.

BRDB properties have a sexy feel to it in terms of landscaping and it has a resort feel. Another point is that GDP Architects is in charge of the whole TamanSari, not just individual phases. Which is a very good approach.

So I say Taman Sari is a good buy, best of all in Rawang. Better than the semi-dees and bungalows that's offered by the rest of the players.

And so I bought a unit in Camellia.

nt much comment on EM, just too far from my place, Rawang is much much nearer(also, gt few frens stay there)
Also, i nvr step in to semenyih before, only broga once. I only cn see EM SEH & etc from forummers' photo and official website nia.
And yes, many of my frens ask me, ur ancestors leh? my ans: Nope, my ancestors nt atas n rich enuff to stay in Nirvana, as all from perak  biggrin.gif
For me, Canal city might be a better shot, cuz kemuning is already quite nice, it is just like an extension of a good place.

But then boss, u r so geng...aiming dpc right after rawang...  notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif
PS. i think westside3 still less than 950?or aiming the future R2?

Prior to my purchase of BRDB's project in Rawang, I have also gone to EM's showroom in Semenyih. Already Sungai Long is so far. This Semenyih is like about 45-50km from DPC. The tolls before the price increase was about RM8, ended up I had to pay 3-4 times of toll. Woah.

The design on paper looks swanky but not practical with homes without backdoors (connected to another house!), and with an English design in some ulu part of Selangor is just out-of-whack. And the last killer blow was the price is outrageous for this location.

No wonder they had to print newspaper inserts coz I think it can't sell. I wouldn't buy it.

AG3 has its unique advantage. Proper strata titled guarded and gated.
The Rise location is better IMO, the best among the 3. MR is too deep in.
Product Quality wise, i think Hong Bee can deliver better than Mah Sing and Guocoland.

Other reason my friend choose AG3 is no need to wait 3yrs down the road, AG3 handover end of this year, got it own clubhouse, no need to share with other phase and of course got kaki like me stay in Ag3

No surprise, Rawang to Kota Damansara very convenient, you even can park your car at Rawang KTM then exchange MRT1 at Sungai Buloh interchange, 4-5 few stations can arrive and it ready in 2017

i can see the difference. Five Stone to KD is muchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh nearer.
I live in the border of PJ and KL, I do invest in Rawang, but i have never able to convince myself to move to Rawang.
Not fancy about long distance driving every day, and use public transport. It's just me.
