Yup that's right. Taman sari has a road linking it did you vested in rawang too

But not a wise decision i made. Too many supplies and too many players, overcrowded.

Icic... You vested in anggun3 ke? But rawang is good for own stay at the moment, my gut feeling, it is slower than south development by 3 to 5 years ...

Base on current trend yes,southern do seems alot more faster. But then for me, the developer list in north part is very interesting.. tongue.gif

But those grew up in the North usually stays put at the North.... Developer list interesting in the sense that they are not so big players?

I hope seeing another Perdana Parkcity township in Klang Valley one day though..

I think most of them are quality and huge players(BRDB, Tan&Tan, Guoco, Gamuda, Loh&Loh, Hong bee). Not so say southern(semenyih,kajang) is not quality player, but then personal point of view, just hard to beat brdb, tan&tan level laa...

DPC i no comment, i used to lepak in the site during my school days, nvr expect it will grow until this far. Now i just love dpc. tongue.gif
dpc launch in a right time, right place, attract right crowds. But then who knows, tamansari+sierramas2+serai, they might create a big splash?

But then i think sierramas also very good,just not lk dpc comes with the waterfront and future arcadia. <---much older than dpc, mixed development in township not "hot" during that time frame?
my view, DPC=lifestyle, Sierramas=Pure own stay

I went to see Ecomajestic 2 months ago, but quite frankly, the product is just so so to me la...

Those days i remember DPC just started:

1) During earthwork stage, the hoarding mentioned that they promis to replant every single tree that was chopped down... Haha
2) Their houses took a long time to sell off as neighbouring houses were just less than half the price!
3) They started organising those new year events, that's the time DPC started taking off and it became the first Dog Friendly park in Klang Valley.

I just hope that in the future with Arcadia, DPC condo PSF don't shoot up the roof, maximum can tahan is 950psf cry.gif

nt much comment on EM, just too far from my place, Rawang is much much nearer(also, gt few frens stay there)
Also, i nvr step in to semenyih before, only broga once. I only cn see EM SEH & etc from forummers' photo and official website nia.
And yes, many of my frens ask me, ur ancestors leh? my ans: Nope, my ancestors nt atas n rich enuff to stay in Nirvana, as all from perak biggrin.gif
For me, Canal city might be a better shot, cuz kemuning is already quite nice, it is just like an extension of a good place.

Decided to go taman sari first, since next time no more chansi to buy landed jor, dpc is future thoughts la since living nearby for a long time...

BRDB not much experience in developing township rite? they got lucky with Bangsar nia.

Guocoland not a good developer, IMO.

TanTan and LohLoh are boutique developers.....and high end type.

Hong Bee is a new force...and can be at par with Park Perdana, maybe not so premium type.

MahSing needs to rely on other bigger developers to improve the township....

BRDB is premium developer. They only branched out in past few years as the running out of their bangsar land.

Even that.. their cap square also is quite dissapointing and they sold out their cap square mall to jakel group.
