QUOTE(soulseeker6187 @ Aug 16 2012, 12:09 PM) it is weird about this, if check on tm, area is under coverage, but didn't show up in P1, although as expected saying where got TM coverage, then sure can subscribe.Added on August 16, 2012, 1:54 pm QUOTE(ywkwy @ Aug 15 2012, 04:40 PM) FAQ no.7 will they adhere to this policy? really doubtful.7. What are the differences between P1’s consumer fiber plan and it’s business fiber plan? P1’s business plans are designed to suit business needs and are only open to businesses with valid business registration documents. Added on August 15, 2012, 4:42 pm11. Is there a Fair Usage Policy? Yes. To ensure the quality of our service, all our plans are subjected to the Fair Usage Policy. P1 reserves the right to enforce the Fair Usage Policy on users who exceed their allocated monthly quota. Got quota?? This post has been edited by coolstore: Aug 16 2012, 01:54 PM |

i called up, but the reply is:
Answer: even ur area is under unifi coverage, and got ssm registration. but still SUBJECT TO TM AVAILABILITY OF PORT. then i ask - is that mean got unused port than ok right? Answer: no, it is TM decision to open the port to the LOT NO. OF THE ADDRESS. ie. restrict to certain block only. i let her check my lot No. Answer: sorry, your lot number is no available, TM open up to Lot XX only! SO how can this happen? result of backbone monopoly? |

QUOTE(nicky1112001 @ Sep 17 2012, 07:31 AM) Address correct.no problem.i saw that port only 3-5 people using..how come can full?n how come TM can know I fail to apply p1 fiber?sure they Kacau to p1 fiber application. did the p1 cs mentioned your 'LOT NUMBER' is covered by P1my case also, the street is covered by TM, but was told your LOT NUMBER not covered. it is not question of port full or empty, the CS also told it is TM power that 'not opening all port' for all, limited for p1. |

QUOTE(deARCH @ Oct 10 2012, 10:06 AM) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Just wondering if I subscribe this biz package for home, it should have no problem right? I sleep at night and if the IP renewal happens in the middle of the night, I suppose it is a no problem right? What do you mean by light usage? I play online games, do heavy downloads (IDM + torrents mostly) and how bad is this IP renewal thing? Thanks. 2) if renew during playing online game... Added on October 10, 2012, 12:16 pm QUOTE(ywkwy @ Oct 9 2012, 10:53 PM) no lo.. for business even more cannot dc as frequent like that lo.. most company network device run 24/7 1.. how can it dc every day.. p1 should be now targeting at soho, individual or small scale company that even without fibre yet, so leave out the consideration these sme got server running 24 hours and need 24/7 internet uninterrupted service. for such high demand should back to TM or Time. This post has been edited by coolstore: Oct 10 2012, 12:21 PM |

QUOTE(klseet @ Oct 9 2012, 01:38 AM) I'm done with P1 Fiber and I'm terminating it: bro, saw that u got insider secret about TM > P1 that no good to voice out openly without boundary, mind to share a bit then?http://klseet.com/index.php/p1-fiber-problems-a-issues After using it for 1 week and also complaining/yelling/screaming for 1 week, P1 simply never bother to response.... In summary, I cannot stand with the daily force IP renewal nuisance P1 did not inform me on such annoying daily interruption when I sign-up P1 Fiber ForBiz The other key reason is that P1 refused to provide my SIP account detail, I can't configure on my own VoIP phone Guess I'll have to look for other alternatives ..... Added on October 10, 2012, 12:25 pm QUOTE(deARCH @ Oct 10 2012, 12:18 PM) Thanks. The time of renewal is fixed right? If make sure the renewal is like 3 am in the morning everyday, I think I have no issue. it is at the P1 discretion power. but at least fresh subcriber got 1 month cooling period, not satisfied just terminate it fast.however, it seems P1 fibre better than Maxis fibre already, instead paying to Maxis, rather jump to P1 or back to TM.
