As per topic, I went to Sony's warranty website to register for the warranty, and keep failed. I got the error "Invalid product number or serial number". I'm sure I already insert the correct serial number, not too sure about the product number though... (due to the free formatting textbox, I'm not sure what is the correct text format, stupid programmer who designed that website)

Anyone else faced this problem? How you guys register for the warranty?
