A extra car park will cost you 70K over that was last year price. my friend bought it above 900+ sqf with extra car park. over million+...roughly 1.8mil ..including extra carpark. total 2 carparks. 20 floors facing RSCGG unblock view. for own stay + investment.

location wise is consider very good. might even better than KLCC area in future. facing unblock view of small little future central park wannabe (RSCGG). mrt and trx just across the rhb bridge. that mrt station also future mrt 1 and mrt 2 interchange. mrt 2 can reach putrajaya.

Y no the forum condo? Closest to trx and MRT. And it is the 1 and only freehold residential title in this area. Biggest land area too.. roughly 2.5 to 3 acres. While others is freehold service apartment with only 1 acre land area only... With jalan inai Road Access is the best among all. Now whole condo undergoing renovation and upgrading. According Some blogger said their price sometimes per sqf even a little higher than goldhill...
