LOL !!! First... they took a 16:9 widescreen movie, letterboxed it and broadcast in SD on Ch 617 . Second... they took this directly from Ch 617, upscaled it to HD and then broadcast it on Ch 637... and they even put a HD text on top left... what a joke... what are they trying to do ???? What the F.... ! My TV screen seem to have been "reduced" in size with black borders at all the sides. AND the video quality for this movie on this HD channel after upscaling from SD source to HD.... it sucks !

ADDITION : They should have AT LEAST taken the upscaled SD version (in letterbox) from Ch 617 (SD) and zoomed it in the proper ratio to fit the left/right screen at 16:9 on Ch 637 (HD) so that there are no left/right black borders with only top/bottom borders !!

I think Disney XD in Malaysia programming is done by Assthrow. Where the hell Cicak Man is so popular in Disney? If so, we can see Cicak Man mascot in US Disneyland. Assthrow is killing Disney channel and in order to save cost, since this channel is in Family package, use SD source to telecast in HD channel.

I agreed. Download from internet and play it on your pc or tv via media player is much better and cheaper. Also, not limited to 48 hours of viewing.

Anyone notice HD channel audio, namely Ch310 is quite soft using hdmi digital? stereo analog seems fine.

Saw from the AOD ad, seems like only Ch 350 is HD and other AOD channels are SD.

Do you guys have problem with the PVR? When changing the channel, the new channel numbers would not show correctly on the decoder panel.

U will watch Asthrow ZZ instead of WLT SD when you upgrade to Byond. Subscribe to SP3 if you think it is more worthwhile.

Throw away those Assthrow Bluffed and Assthrow Failed channels then we may have these HD channels
