hi guys. wondering if can get help here,...

I just got my SD PVR installed today, now trying to get my remote recording working thru my android phone.

Problem is after registering my login ID / email verification done, the part where I "link account" always fail whereby after putting in my ICm smart card no. and securty code.

It returns with an error saying invalid astro account info provided.

I can;t proceed even after calling astro customer service and following step by step. The CS says that there should be a box to tick check account or stg after the security code but as I see there is no such thing.

I really want the remote recording function as Im away most of the time

I got this solved in 24hrs by logging a complaint via the online feedback forms.
THis is how I filled it up:

Astro Feedback
Category: Complaint
Sub-category: Website
Subject: Unable to link account
Content: Everytime I fill in the correct details to link account: 1. NRIC 2. Smartcard ID # 3. Security code I get this prompt in red: Invalid astro account info provided.
Full Name:
Contact Number:
Email Address: something@abc
Astro Account Number: yyyyyyyy
IC/Passport Number: 8xxxxx
Preferred way to be contacted: Mail
