i plan to change to byond hd. however i only subscribed to family package. will i get some hd channels if i maintain with family package? if yes, what are they?

How long does it takes for u guys to upgrade to byond HD from old decoder?
I asked astro agent for upgrade to byond HD on 19.11.2012. On friday 23.11.2012 i called astro CS, and she told me that the installation will take place from 5-7 working days. On 26.11.2012, i called back astro CS asking whether installer has been allocated to me and she said that installation will be made in 30 days! Why so long? |
